HELLO, FIRE ALARM WAS TRIGGERED 5 TIMES AT MIDNIGHT WHILE SLEEPING. NO SMOKE DETECTES, TRIED CALLING FRONT DESK NO ONE ANSWERED. ALARM KEPT GOING OFF AND ON FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES COULD NOT SLEEP. ALARM FINALYY TURNED OFF. COULD NOT CONTACT ANY ONE AT FRONT DESK FOR A PAIR OF TOWELS. THE NIGHT CREW IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR CALLS IN EVENING. OBSERVED A SMALL ROACH CRAWLING IN BATHROOM WHILE SHOWERING EARLY MORNING.TOOK CARE OF ISSUE.
