8.6/10 Excellent! (291 reviews)
The hotel is very well equipped and the staff were courteous and helpful.
My personal criticism is the rooms are poorly soundproofed and having the Gym on the top floor is not the best option.
I could hear every dropped dumbbell.
Such a shame as the location is great.

9/10 Wonderful! (848 reviews)
We were travelling with our dog and in the hottest weather , the air con was a mazing, the room huge and fabulous bed , very comfy. The staff were lovely. The bar was great and the gentleman who made my cocktails was brilliant. I would definitely stay here again. A short wall to a lovely park and loads of shops an restaurants.
Room was spotless, bed lovely , shower amazing. I had a fridge and coffee machine.

7.8/10 Good! (785 reviews)
"A once fabulous hotel started to age. While things are okay, many items could be repaired or updated. Lightbulbs vibrate and hum loudly in the room. One of them was so loud that I could not dare to keep on. Else the carpets in the elevator need replacement. The bath tub ranks in the most slippery ..."

9.2/10 Wonderful! (357 reviews)
"Hotel is basically nice. Rooms are comfortable, and bar and restaurant are excellent. Low review this time because: (i) on arrival, bathroom was not clean, and bins were full of rubbish (including food waste, looking pretty old). I assume they didn’t finish servicing the room. I mentioned this at ..."
