A stone room divider rising to the second level dominates the open concept living room and spa area. The divider encompasses a two-sided gas fireplace and a XX-in. flat-panel TV with WIFI, which faces the living area. After relaxing on the cushy sofa, make your way to the spa area. But on your way, stop at the food prep area to pour a glass of wine, pop open a beer, or concoct your own libation, and mic some snacks. Then retreat to the Jacuzzi-style tub. Turn on the jets, start the bubbles and slide into heated bliss as you think to yourself, “Yeah, this is the life!” At day’s end, climb the spiral staircase to the loft and slumber in the king bed to your heart’s content. Yeah, this is the life, so reserve your getaway date here. LODGING POLICIES Chimney Hill Estate B&B is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 3 (three) days\* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.
