"I liked the resort and hotel, I only wish they had greeted me at the door and assisted with luggage as they knew of our arrival time (with plenty of notice) and there was a bus of people coming to check in at the same time and there was no one to guide us or assist us and no indication of where to go that was suitable for luggage (it was push/pull doors and stairs to the checkin area, but only afterwards inside you could see a automatic doors and ramp to be used and then also discovered the luggage trollies) apart from that all staff and services and the resort itself was lovely and beautiful"

"Excellent accommodation on the Esplanade. Close to restaurants and pubs. Loved the pool. Quiet and family friendly. You can lay for breakfast, but there is no restaurant for dinner. Aircon and a ceiling fan provided a great room temp. Would definitely return if ever back in Darwin."

"If you are looking for fancy - look elsewhere. These are exactly as advertised! No frills - but no heavy pricetag. Stayed in one of the Compact Single Van Rooms. It has a bed, a fridge, a TV, a shower, a basin and a toilet. If you're working long days in the area as I was - its perfect. Work, sleep, work. The AC is brilliiant - as its only cooling a 7msq box. Didnt get a chance to eat at the onsite restaurant but it smelt nice!! Friendly and helpful owners/managers."

"I liked the relaxed and informal atmosphere. My first sight of the laundry looked like a junkyard of broken and rusting machines, but to their credit there was a transformation with the junk removed and replaced with new and gleaming machines."

"Host was very friendly and helpful.House was clean and had good facilities.Was able to parl caravan early and arrange for it to stay a few hours late.Would need a vehicle to get around as it is half an hour from the city. But shops can be walked to.Air con and fans work well.Washing machine and dryer are available.We had an excellent stay."
