"Hotel had no hot water for both of our stays. Staff couldn't do anything about it. Also they charged us extra fees that were not disclosed. The front office person was the rudest I have ever encountered. She refused to help and even mumbled bad language, I am not allowed to type here, several times under her breath when I asked questions. There are many good hotels in the area, this isn't one of them"

"Property is ok, looks ok. Room was ok, smelled mouldy. Was able to sleep. Rooms below average. Property grounds.well kept. Swimming pool needs lights, cant go after dark bc cant see anything. Restaurant is decent

"It's a decent property but service could be better. Pictures look larger than life. Don't let the pictures lure you to book the place. You get what you pay for.
Restaurant has decent food but the staff didn't quite get the dietary restrictions. I had to explain it to them each time and yet confused the dishes.
Property is on a nice lot but could be much more elevated in decor and services. "
