The beach is never too busy, the walk to the beach is quick and easy, and on a whole, the neighborhood is quiet. This house was perfectly suited for our needs, with ample bedroom space for my family of five as well as my parents and our dog, a swingset in the backyard, and good living spaces. The inside was very clean and spacious. The outside was equally as great with a large backyard with a very nice play set.
