"This place is better than I saw in the photos and the photos are really good. Quiet end of the lake with ducks, geese, herons, all showing up on deck everyday! All the lake equipment to use at my disposal and floaty to take my food and drinks in a cooler that floats behind kayak.. Jen was a very onsite hostess. I had everything I needed for an amazing week.. looking forward to a fall or next summer visit again! "

"Thank you so much! This was the perfect place to stay for a group of friends. We watched baby geese play while drinking our coffee in the morning. Our plans ended up getting canceled due to rain so we all just came back and relaxed. We will hopefully come back and stay again. "

"The home is BEAUTIFUL! Wished the weather would have been better, so we could have enjoyed the covered outdoor sitting space and the yard. I’d highly recommend this home for family gatherings with children. Location is GREAT!! Some small changes are needed in the kitchen though. Garbage bags for the garbage/recycle bin are way too small and cheap quality. There’s no oven mitts or pot holders, and no placemats for the dining table or eating bar. There were no dish towels for drying dishes. The Ninja coffee maker does not have an original carafe or a replacement. Someone got creative and has created a catastrophe for a carafe! It’s a large glass jar with no pouring spout or handle. The jar does not keep the coffee warm after brew because the glass is too thick. At original brew the coffee is plenty hot, but you cannot handle the jar because it’s so hot!! It’s a liability for a bad burn! We had to use a laddle to get our morning coffee into our cup. Morning coffee should not be this much work! But it is stationed in a beautiful side room with other small counter kitchen appliances. My suggestion, replace the coffee maker or buy a replacement carafe and keep a back up for the next carafe that breaks. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, but happy we brought our own kitchen items just incase it was not well stocked with items. Because the home is SOOOO BEAUTIFUL, the kitchen could use some more helpful items to prepare and serve meals."

"Property was clean and organized. Plenty of extra linens available for our use. We had a small issue upon our arrival and the property management was quick to respond and actually handled it while we were exploring local waterfalls so we weren't in their way. Two members of our family have dietary restrictions and the kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our meals and the place is also located close to a Trader Joe's for quick fixes. We actually found a local pizza spot (Milwaukie Pizza Co.) that also accommodated our needs the first night. While we were there we also checked out Evergreen Aviation & Space Museum (about an hour away), as well as the city of Portland, the OMSI and Powell's City of Books. The management company also provided a book of local spots of sorts which was a nice touch. I believe someone was occupying the other unit and we never really heard them. I also used the washer & dryer unit before we left and it worked well. My thirteen year old called the shower a "space capsule" since the glass closes on it's own. I thought that was funny. This location checked all the boxes. Thank you for helping us to explore this section of Oregon. "

"Great stay! Our teens had a great time playing ping pong. A bit of a strange window in the master bathroom but overall a great place. "

"This condo was perfect for two adults. Balcony overlooks a beautiful treed space. Great location with easy access to everything in Lake Oswego. Close by to on/off I-5 freeway access. Comfortable king bed in the loft. Huge breakfast bar in kitchen. Very big tv screen with many streaming options. Excellent, quick communication with Joe, the property owner/manager. Easy, fast, secure checkin. Will definitely return when visiting friends in Lake Oswego."

"I wish I could write a better review for this place. I was super excited to stay here but it just wasn't worth the price. Upon driving up to the house you immediately see a large blue tarp covering most of the roof. The outside exterior clearly needs some maintenance and is in disarray. The entrance to the place is down some side stairs that also need some repair. The door doesn't lock! Entering the apartment/flat, you are immediately overcome with a smell of must and urine! We opened all of the windows and front door to air it out. It was so unpleasant we didn't want to stay there and were thinking of renting another place last minute! The carpets were still wet from being shampooed before we got there and we had to turn on heaters to try and dry the floor. The smell of urine was so strong in the living room area and near the kitchenette that we couldn't use the space as intended and would grab our food from the kitchenette and stay in the upper portion of the unit.The electricity in the living room/kitchenette area went out 3 times because of using too many appliances all at once. The owner of the VRBO is living upstairs and doing a number of repairs. We heard him sawing and hammering things until 10pm on Friday night. It was not a peaceful stay!Aside from the urine smell and the things listed above, the space wasn't too bad. The sheets and beds were clean, the games were fun, and the bathroom was nice."
