What a fantastic little resort. We were attending my son’s wedding near Bari and we found this resort and it exceeded our wildest dreams. We just wanted a few days after the wedding to relax and chill. The resort is only 9 rooms but that was ideal, as has masses of space and there were a range of activities on offer if we wanted and there is a lovely pool with plenty of shade. Outdoor dining for every meal if required. Great breakfasts and lunch and diner.
The reason I gave it 5 stars (which is unlike me) is the staff, great English, attentiveness and friendliness. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend if you and a peaceful, relaxing break. Grazie Mille!

The Quarry Resort exceeded all our expectations. From the minute we parked our rental car at an offsite location we were quickly driven to the hotel. Porters took our luggage down cobblestone streets and stairs to the hotel. The location of the hotel is a wow moment. The setting amongst the Sassi is one of a kind. Check in was very quick and we were shown to our beautiful room. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was the best I’ve ever experienced. The dining and bar areas of the hotel are terrific as well. You cannot go wrong staying at this beautiful hotel.
