You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Spacious, comfortable, family home. Great views, pets ok, free wifi

This comfortable home with two living zones is ideal for families or groups sharing.

Upstairs is the main lounge, dining and kitchen with balcony and BBQ. A bathroom and seperate toilet are on this level, with three bedrooms:
* Bedroom 1 x Queen bed
* Bedroom 2 x Queen bed
* Bedroom 3 Sleeps 6 in 2 double/single bunks.

Downstairs is another kitchen, dining area and lounge, a bathroom with toilet, and the laundry. Also a verandah with sea views. Two further bedrooms are on this level:
* Bedroom1 x Queen bed
* Bedroom 2 sleeps 3 in a double/single bunk.
There is also a play alcove on this level.

Both bathrooms were updated in 2018.
The fridge and microwave were updated in the main kitchen in Dec 2020
4 new split systems were installed in July 2020.

The back yard is secure and pets are welcome free of charge.

Free wifi is available.

The property has great views of Lakes Entrance and is 1.5 kms from shops, restaurants, the beach etc.

The house is spacious and comfortable and children and families are most welcome. A cot, high chair, toys and games are available. Good library.

We provide tea towels, Doonas with covers, and bath mats. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowslips and towels.

The home is cleaned thoroughly between guests. Surfaces are wiped with disinfectant, check in and check out are contactless and we allow 24 hours between all stays.

We are a self catering home and while we provide a few things to get you started you will need your own supplies.

Fishing Getaway

We were after a few nights away to enjoy some fishing in Lakes and this property was great for our needs. Clean, spacious and well appointed, the house was perfect. The owner was great to deal with and prompt with all responses and with the property only minutes from the centre of town, we can’t recommend it highly enough.

Wonderful property with beautiful lookouts and sitting area

Top clean property with 5 bedrooms, enough to accommodate at us all. Kids loved downstairs with lots of kids toys. Highly recomended.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Lakes Entrance!

Our family stayed at this amazing house over Christmas. The 10 of us stayed here very comfortably, everything you need is included, with beautiful balcony views, spacious bedrooms, big backyard, downstairs play area for the kids, not to mention how clean the house is! The owner Carol is so lovely and accommodating. Thank you Carol for making our stay so comfortable. We hope to be back one day!

Very spacious and cosy, great for families

A lot more spacious than it looks in the photos, house was very cosy and had all the basic things we needed. Owner was responsive to any questions we had. Kids loved the house and didn't want to leave. A few restaurants near by, but we did some cooking at home. Great view to wake up to as well. Definitely a place we would come back to and recommend.
