Pets Welcome. The apartment opens directly onto a large swimming pool ( exclusive to apartment guests ) with ocean and rural views. Located only 2 Klms from the town centre and beach with panoramic views of Bass Straight. It is positioned directly underneath a large three bedroom house (owners residence with spare rooms that can also be separately booked) with extensive garden and lawn area for kids to play. The pool is for the exclusive use of apartment guests. No other guests will be in the property when guests occupy the apartment. The property has abundant parking. The area is very tranquil and is a haven for native birds of many different types from nearby bushland The apartment kitchen is fitted with an electric cooktop and a portable electric oven. It is equipped with everything a family would need plus many extras.
