The garden is gated. The studio is at the back of the house, completely separate and private. There is enough room to park a boat and there is off road parking. The studio is within walking distance to the town centre, beaches, restaurants and coffee shops. The location is ideal and a short drive to Metung spa and country club and other wineries.
