"The bathtub did not appear clean and was not safe (no gripping material in tub to prevent slipping and falling). Also poor water pressure in shower. Housekeeping was good.Very noisy late at night, kids running up and down the steps and in hallway and in and out the exit door (my room was underneath the staircase and near the exit door). Also people in room above mine very noisy, running around, dropping things on the floor all hours of the day and night. Traffic screaming down the road late at night. Complained to the Front Desk about the noisy hotel guests multiple times, it did not help. It’s questionable whether or not I’ll ever use this hotel again."

"Requested non-smoking room and paid for room upfront and was given smoking room…..the chemicals they must have used to mask the smoke smell were extremely strong and could not stay in room. Tropicana was fully booked too so they had nothing they and fix the situation"

"Kitchen is very nice but you have to take out your own trash and take towels down to front desk if it’s after 5:00 pm.They don’t clean room I was there 6 days they never cleaned my room and I had sign on door. Breakfast is basic should not even have it pool and hot tub is nice . The elevator smells like pee and so did my room front desk said it’s the cleaning spray they used. The next day they mop elevator and the smell was gone."

"Felt safe and parking was plentiful. Food was ok only drank coffee because it was limited and not appetizing. "

"Everything was good the hot buffet breakfast, my room was very clean and due to me being a senior and handicap they gave me that room for extra space."
