Great location but very dated place
You cannot get better location for Florida Southern College and Frank Lloyd Wright architecture. Closeby restaurant, coffee cafe are pretty good, art museum also great. But.... the place itself is very dated outside and inside, not fresh. Dusty yard. Air inside was musty and no windows can be opened. Microwave didn't work, some lights didn't work, old drains, old cracked bathroom tiles, musty air conditioning vent and stained ceiling, old stove with missing knob. Headboard in bedroom not attached to bed and every time we moved it hit the wall. Overall, it was sad. We understand that the owner decorated and styled everything in Retro 1970's, but it was not a quality remodeling or decoration. For the money we paid for 2 nights stay, we would have been able to have a nice hotel room instead. We wish somebody had pointed out these issues before us, we would have made a different choice.
