Heater in room stuck on. hit 25 degrees. no support. Check in took a very long time and no communication as to why. Had to repeat simple requests several times. Hot tub was freezing. dated property for the price.

The hotel itself is clean, the staff is pleasant, and our rooms were comfortable. But I don't recommend staying at this hotel on a Friday or Saturday evening. Apparently, driving motorcycles and modified cars and trucks in a way that they make as much noise as possible and make everyone in the neighborhood miserable is how you have fun on Whyte Street. We simply couldn't sleep during our first night. Fortunately, the hotel staff were very responsive and they were able to move us to a quieter room for our second night. There was still some noise, but we were able to sleep. If you must stay at this hotel during the weekend, demand a room away from Whyte Street.

I liked how they got me extra cream for my coffee because I use more than the expected allotment.
