The #1 Rated FOUR Lakefront homes all on the same short street. Rent all four for groups up to 50\. Also available single homes, two or three homes together. There are five more homes on the same street if you need more (Retreat 5, 8, 9, 10, &17). Great for big family reunions. 16 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, 7 Lakefront Decks, 3 Hot Tubs, 8 Kayaks/Paddle Boards, Media Room, Game Room, four kitchens and so much more. All next to Sugarloaf Marina on the upper part of the Sacramento Arm of Shasta Lake. We call these homes Shasta Lakeshore Retreat. Does not get better. Book early.

Even if you don't stay with us, make sure you go to our #1 Shasta Area Information Page. It will provide you links to almost everything including info on lake, marina, lake level, boat ramps, things to do, places to visit, place to eat and so much more. To get there, do a search for "shasta lakeshore retreat" and then Area Info. You will not regret. Over 35K people visit our website each month.  
Parking for about 16-20 cars, trucks and boats. You can walk, bike, ATV, golf cart or drive your car around this area. Bring ATVs and golf carts if you have them.

All four homes are on this most popular street in Lakehead near Sugarloaf Marina. All homes are Lakefront. All home are very nice and great for great guests. Quiet and peaceful area with lots of wildlife.   
  
Book early as our returning guests book 9-18 months in advance for the summer months. Hard to get all four available at same time. Great year around and lower prices in Winter.   
  
If interested in additional homes, please let us know as we can support at least 220 among our 18 homes.

IMPORTANT: We are firm on the max number of guests   
  
IMPORTANT ON DOGS: We will allow up to two very well behaved dogs but we do change $95 per dog. These dogs must be well trained, not puppies and are never let on the furniture or beds. They must also never be left alone in the house unless in a create. Owner must clean up after them. Sorry, not cats. Bringing a pet that is not approved by us and paid for will result in a $500 fee.

\*IMPORTANT: Distance to water from house varies from 50 feet (when full) to several hundred yards (when low) depending on lake level. Views from house and access to lake, marina, and boat ramps will vary depending on lake level. Check Lake Level on Web Site for info and photos or Contact us for latest status. Summer 2021 Lake Level was lower than recent years. Although most of our guests still have a great time at any water level, we want to make sure you understand the dynamics of this reservoir. The lake may or may not fill up any given year but we will keep guests posted as we always do and offer a full refund up to 60 days before arrival. Although rare, if the lake drops below 140' down, this starts to impact the availability of local boat ramp and marina requiring travel to another part of the lake. Again, see our web site for latest info and photos of lake at different levels. Forest Fires are also common in Northern California which may blow smoke in the area during the Summer/fall. Sensitive parties should avoid visiting Northern California during this period of time. Check our web site for current conditions and warnings.
