When you walk in the front door you will be immediately greeted by lake views and a welcoming open concept layout. Past the foyer you will enter the pool table room with a wine cellar, bar, mini fridge with freezer, wine fridge and cocktail kit that includes all your bar drinkware. The living room hosts stunning lake views, a 55" smart tv, comfortable sectional sofa, a broad range of board games and a desk area with an included printer for your convenience. The dining room off of the living area also boasts stunning lake views, an 8 person dining table and a cabinet with all of the necessary outdoor dinner/drinkware. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, bowls, utensils, glassware, barware, pots, pans, baking/serving dishes and outdoor dinner/drinkware. Kids are also equipped with plates, bowls, placemats, cups with lids and straws, silverware and portioned trays. Coffee, tea and your basic pantry essentials are all provided including sugar, flour, brown sugar, olive oil, a broad range of spices, to-go hot beverage cups and more. We also supply a generous amount of cleaning products guests may need during their stay such as dishwasher pods, multi-surface cleaner, garbage and recycling bags, dish soap, sponges, lysol wipes, paper towels and more for all laundry needs. We include a griddle, waffle maker, hand mixer, toaster, tea kettle and coffee pot. There is a grill on the patio and a supplied propane tank. The laundry room is prepared with laundry pods and powder, a steamer, first aid kit, s'mores sticks and more for your convenience. Is it suitable for children? Absolutely! Everyone had plenty of room and comfy beds. The host were so accommodating and the house was decorated beautifully. We all loved it so so much! Comfortable, roomy, clean, tons of amenities. Enjoyed the lake with the breeeze, hot tub, paddled the canoes, shot pool & mini-golf & had a fire in the fire pit every night. The “manual” binders for the house were also the most comprehensive I have ever seen, which is appreciated.However, we had several significant issues with this property and the poor/nonexistent communication with the owners. Emails sent to owners up to one day prior to check in were ignored. We finally did get information on how to get into the property.The first evening we discovered that the hot water to the kitchen sink was not working. No response from the owner.The next day we discovered that the dishwasher was not working and not draining. Still no response from the owner.We basically spent the entire time having to boil water/haul hot water to the kitchen in order to wash dishes. I have waited 10 days for responses from the owner and VRBO but have yet to receive anything so I am now leaving this review.You should also note that the AC is not working to the upstairs loft room. There is a portable unit, which was fine for us being February. However, I would be concerned in hotter months. There is also visible black mold coming out of the ceiling vent upstairs.The kitchen hot water and dishwasher issues were an enormous inconvenience which we would have accepted had there been ANY response and apology and attempt at repair. The absolute lack of response, even now, leads me to tell you to look elsewhere for your rental. ##### Karen G. Perfect for big groups. We had a baseball tournament in WPB and stayed here with 2 other families. Everyone enjoyed this home!
