Condo is misleading. I wouldn't call it a studio, efficiency apartment is better.This is a single room, which you can tell from the pictures, so I was prepared. Others might not be as observant. It was clean. The shower is top notch (if you're comfortable showering in front of anyone staying with you). The courtyard is lovely. The neighborhood is great, walked to the park several times while in town. I did not use any of the kitchen amenities, so I can't speak to that. There was a hot plate, pots and pans, silverware.
