"The breakfast was a grab and go, nothing hot or fresh so that sucked! Staff was great, pleasant and helpful, parking was alright. We happened to be there on a Saturday evening, so unfortunately we were kept up due to a intoxicated couple fighting and arguing multiple times in the middle of the parking lot, and then we were greeted with roaches the next night following morning. I will NEVER return and I will not refer my family or friends!! "

I called the front desk and asked for security and was told there is no security and then I said call the police. She said she called the police but no one showed up. I can’t believe they qualify as a choice for hotels.com. I’ve asked for my money back, but have heard nothing from Hotels.com. "
