"The property is well-located within walking distance of the downtown shopping and theater area, so it was a nice option for us. It was clean and in decent shape but it had a stale smell in the hallways and rooms. The breakfast was fine, offering the usual continental breakfast options. The staff were friendly and helpful. We called the front desk to report that the bathroom sink was clogged. The front desk employee brought up a plunger, which my husband tried to use, but it didn't help so we had to be moved. We were not able to move to a King room as we had booked, but were given a room with two queen beds. "

"Basically this is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed and this is our second time staying there. The rooms are immaculate everything's immaculate which is kind of one of the reasons. Why is because the place is brand spanking new.Chris Viude has some of the best food in the area hands down?. He changed his menu seasonally so now we're getting close to spring so the menu will be changing quite a bit for the spring so we look forward to coming up for that as well too. The prices right now the prices are generally including the resort fee are somewhere close to $300 a night which is you know. Not dirt cheap but not ridiculous either, especially for this kind of quality. In the summertime, obviously things will be much more expensive. At that point they're closer to 600 plus including the $45 resort fee, which is not a bad resort for you. Like about Washington. "The house was perfect for our 3 generation trip (ages 78-8!). Plenty of space, clean, and we loved the huge kitchen and open main living area with a super cozy, recliner sectional and giant beanbag chair. The hot tub was a big hit, as was the game room (with 2nd fridge!) especially for the kids and teens. Very convenient location near Gunstock, grocery store, restaurants and the skating rink in Laconia. Alex was a very gracious and responsive host and the property manager, Keith was great as well."
