  • Welcome to #2 Yonder Way, a spacious, pet-friendly cabin in the heart of the Mississippi Delta. Perfect for family vacations, fishing trips, business travelers, or weekend getaways, this comfortable retreat offers everything you need for a relaxing stay near beautiful Lake Chicot.

    The cabin features a king bedroom, queen bedroom, bunk room, 1 full bath, and 1 half bath, comfortably accommodating families and groups. Relax in the inviting living room with comfortable seating, or prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

    Your stay includes complimentary daily light housekeeping with fresh towels and restocked essentials.

    Guests enjoy full access to Pecan Grove amenities, including a private fishing pier, boat launch, fish-cleaning station, playground, and spacious green areas. Lake Chicot—the largest oxbow lake in North America—is just across the highway and offers outstanding fishing, boating, kayaking, birdwatching, and spectacular Delta sunsets.

We also offer additional cabins and Cypress Hall for reunions, weddings, retreats, business meetings, and other group events.

Great place for fisherman

Easy to find and very close to the lake. Perfect size for several people to comfortably stay. The fishing dock, boat ramp, and fish cleaning station that is available is very nice and convenient to use.
