"The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! There were plenty of household supplies provided (towels, dishes, paper products, etc) as well as stuff for kids to use. (Though we didn't have any littles.) It was a very comfortable home-away-from-home for a week. The weather was a little cool for June, but it made the fires more fun at night! And there is a hot tub AND a sauna to keep you warm! The guys enjoyed fishing from the dock and on the lake. There's even a canoe and kayaks to take for a spin if you want. We took a ride to the Voyagers National Park one night and got to see the Northern Lights! highly recommend the trip. Shopping isn't too close (about 30-40 min away) but if you plan well, you can make one trip to get food and supplies. Check out the VC and Tavern In the Bay for dinner and make the trip to Ely to see the wolves! The only downside to the house was that there is only one bathroom on the lower level where all the bedrooms are. So 8-10 people have to share during the night. The main bedroom on the main floor has its own and there is another full bath right next to it, but it's not very convenient to have to run up there if the other one is being used. Poor planning but it doesn't detract from the rest of the house being great.Overall, a great family vacay home!"
