"Great location and comfortable spot for two people and outdoor spaces are very nice; check-in and check-out were easy and the host was very responsive when needed. I do feel the listing is misleading, as you will not find out until your check-in email (or thoroughly reading reviews first) that the hot tub is shared with two other vacation rentals. Additionally, it is also located on the grounds of one cottage, so there is some awkwardness in traipsing through someone else's space, especially at night. There is no reservation system for using the hot tub, so if the other cottages are occupied, prepare for a series of negotiations with strangers who may or may not be easy to coordinate with. We also wanted to use the hot tub on the morning of our check out and it was blocked off due to cleaning; another reason that a reservation system would be helpful."

"The rental was so cute and just the perfect size for 1-2 people. It was just right for me for my short stay in Berkeley. It's conveniently located...close to shopping, UC Berkeley, the subway, other shops, and walkable. There are a few repairs needed, but overall I really enjoyed my stay!"
