It has outdoor patio area and a rooftop sitting area and a bar. Our stay Included breakfast which was made to order and delicious! Rooms have a balcony and are elegant and comfortable. The room was barren with fluorescent lighting that made it feel like a prison. It is old and falling apart. There was no hot water. The lock on the door fell into pieces and I was trapped in the room. At 7:30 p.m. the dining room and bar were deserted and the place felt like it was the setting for a Stephen King novel. Breakfast was inedible. The only redeeming feature was the staff who were friendly and apologetic for all of the problems. Microphones from the nearby church started chanting at 2:00 a.m. and went non-stop through the morning. This place is an embarrassment to the Haile hotel chain."
