Our accommodations were perfect for 3 adults - we had a two bedroom 1 1/2 bath unit. The fireplace wasn’t working but the maintenance person was very prompt in coming to fix it. The surrounding area was very beautiful and the property was quiet and secluded.

The property was beautiful and spacious! Our family especially enjoyed using the jacuzzi and the recreational room's pool table. The view of the sunset alongside Tahoe's snowy mountains was absolutely breathtaking, and the front desk receptionist were really welcoming and accommodating.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location with some of best scenery around. Very friendly staff who will do anything they can to assist. Only downside is the charge for WiFi. I don’t think WiFi should be an extra charge these days and not with such limited restrictions.

Best stay ever.

Lovely staff. Very kind and courteous. My son is special needs. The two staff members who helped us Denise and Noah- helped to accommodate our request. They were very understanding. The view by the pool is unbeatable with steep mountain view on the one side with climbing trees nearby on the other side. This place is simply ✨ magical. We will be returning.

Great hotel, very convenient and clean. Contains kitchen and washer and dryer which was so helpful. Check in was the issue. Don’t check in after midnight they lose their reservation.

The room didn’t have A/C. We were told that it would cool down at night so we could open our window and they provided a box fan. The only window in the room had a walkway right outside of it, even though we were on the fourth floor. So, we slept with no security (I'm short and could have easily climbed in our open window) and no privacy as people were walking right by the window.

Love, Love!!!

This place was perfect for my family. Love that it had an extra half bath. The place was immaculately clean. The service was spectacular. Loved that the unit had a washer and dryer. Only three things to be aware of: 1. No free WiFi. There is a plan you can choose to pay for if needed. My husband used our hotspot so we were able to get around paying for it. Our AT&T cell phones had great reception. 2. There is no elevator. Toting luggage up and down three flights in the snow and rain was a little slick. 3. Parking was tricky. There was no designated parking spot for our unit. If we needed a handicap spot, there wouldn’t have been an issue. However, there were many times we had to park away from our unit, down the hill a bit. When I raised concerns about the parking with the management, they were helpful by requesting we contact them if there were any further problems so that they could move their personal vehicles to free up parking for us. Can not say enough great things about this place! Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!
