The multiple stains on the carpet in the common area were disgusting (appeared more likely to be animal rather than mineral) and the kitchen sink was a mess. The deck also needs to be refinished. Unfortunately the house location was disappointing: nothing is in walking distance. The house is not on the lake and far from major tourists points of interests. The close by Skyland park and beach is a joke. I wish I rented in Tahoe Vista or Kings Beach. Another thing: the house is dated, especially it’s kitchen.
