Our townhome offers a King bedroom, a Queen bedroom, one Queen sleeper sofa, two Twin sleeper sofa's, white glove cleanliness, a fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked supplies, two large decks, a peep lake view, white luxury bedding, all the comforts of home, and a built in stair master! The space
- This Rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
- Quiet Hours are 10pm - 10am
- Two (2) car maximum allowed
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are strictly prohibited
- During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are required to access this unit.

We are accepting reservations and fully open for business! If you'd like to quarantine in the mountains we are happy to offer you a clean, safe, comfortable place to wait out the storm.

Guest access
You will have 100% PRIVATE access to the entire townhome plus two parking spaces. It is a truly stunning and peaceful location.

Other things to note
Our Townhome is not recommended for the elderly or very small children. The stairs are shoveled regularly, but can often times be slippery in the winter when it snows, and it is quite the workout to get your luggage to the top. Once you're there the beds are luxurious, the place will have everything you need, and we will take care of your every need!

We have fully disclosed the stairs and do not give refunds because we have stairs.
