The house is new, which is great but there are no ceiling fans and no A/C and by the 3rd night the upstairs was very hot. There stand up fans but they didn't help much. I'm sure most of the season it's not an issue though. The floors were quite dusty - almost like from new construction but other than that most everything was really nice, new towels and bedding.
