Layout is very nice for families with kids. It is split level with master on the main (master has a steam shower!) and two more rooms downstairs perfect for the kids. The downstairs opens up to a nice deck with hot tub which leads down to a nice patio and fenced in backyard. The owners made themselves very available for requests/concerns and were very accommodating. Great place to visit with easy access to all that the Tahoe area has to offer. ##### Loran B. A lot of stairs- difficult for adults with knee problems. Beautiful bathroom in master bedroom. Kids enjoyed hot tub. Nice furniture and well supplied kitchen. The home we better appointed than any other rental we have had and made the vacation experience great. Have stayed at many destination points over the years and can say that this mangaged property met my high expectations. Everything described was accurate and the communication was very responsive to my questions. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful home that was perfect for our family vacation.Pros: spacious, extremely clean, well appointed, comfortable, hottub was clean and easy to operate, clear instructions for check-out, lovely neighborhood and a short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. Cons: beds were a little soft for our taste (the couch downstairs is the firmest and comfortable for those who need a firm mattress). Additionally, the floor heating downstairs in the rec room was too warm. We could not change the thermostat for the floor heat so contacted the property manager and they had someone come very quickly. They changed some settings but was not able to completely fix it. However, it was a small inconvenience and overall we would definitely stay here again. ##### Christina N. Rental agency is superior to any other for communication and responsiveness. Yard is lovely and hot tub cozy. Close to everything.
