Lake Prince

I thought this was a clean property. This was beach season with kids all around the property and the staff did a good job of keeping it clean and well maintained. Super friendly staff in all areas.

The place was exactly as described. The staff was friendly. We were able to use the Spa services and the restaurant was amazing.

My family absolutely had the best time staying at The Colony. There was plenty of space for the six of us. The views from the balcony were beautiful. There were a few items like one side of the toaster and a burner that didn't work but nothing that affected our stay. The value for the money was fabulous. I have stayed in much smaller hotels for more than I paid for this entire condo. I can promise anytime we are headed to VA beach, my family will be picking The Colony every time.
