Strip only sheets and pillowcases from beds and place in laundry area. Towels & Washcloths should be placed in washer with detergent and started.
All electrical appliances should be turned off including Gas fireplace and air conditioners. All windows should be closed.
If BBQ grill was used, please clean up. Furniture should not be moved. Thermostats returned to 65 degrees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Security deposit $1000 plus additional $59 damage insurance to cover additional $1500 is required for this home a total of $2500
Lake Placid Fire Department requests all outdoor fires be extinguished by 10pm During Peak Seasons a 3 night minimum or longer may be required.
There is a noise ordinance in LP from 9 pm - 7 am please observe -you may be asked to leave if you violate. LP rules max of 6 cars in the driveway
