Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Lovely home by a lake

This classic Florida lake house has received lovely interior renovations, making it a very nice place to relax. We didn’t use the lake or pool, but they looked great as well.

The house was perfect.However I had to call Vacasa twice about the pool being heated. They did not take care of it with our first conversation as directed. The rep that finally took care of it after 20 minutes on phone was great but the other reps were poor communicaters

Family Lake Trip

We love coming and spending weekends on Lake June and this house met all our needs. The house was clean and fully stocked. Plenty of room for 2 families with young kids with an extra room and bath to spare! The pool was pretty chilly, but the kids loved being in it as much as possible! Dock space was perfect for our 2 boats. Would love to come back to this house for a future stay!

What an amazing stay! All the comforts of home. We rarely stay in the same place twice but we'll absolutely be back. Quiet neighborhood, awesome lake and pool. House was meticulously appointed and beautiful!! comfortable.

Lake House

This home offered great views of the lake. The rear living area of the home was completed glass which aided the wonderful view. The home had comfortable beds and living areas. This home had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Lovely home which appears to have been recently renovated.
