Family Friendly Beautiful Townhouse W/ Amazing Views & Walking Distance To Town

This three bedroom, 2.5 bath vacation rental is the perfect spot to enjoy your Adirondack Vacation. The entry level has the first bedroom with 1 Queen bed and fireplace, den with flat screen TV, laundry room and full bathroom with a standup shower. The second level has an open kitchen, living room with gas fireplace and deck, dining room and half bath. The third level includes the Master bedroom with Queen bed, third bedroom with 2 twin beds and full bathroom. The unique three-level layout offers privacy to family members and is a short walk to the main street shops, restaurants, tennis courts, beach and ice skating rinks. Beautifully decorated, this townhouse has spectacular views of the mountains from the Master bedroom, living room and the deck.

Guests can access the house from the ground floor where there is space to drop and store your winter/summer gear. There is also access in the back of the house which opens up into the Kitchen/Living room area.

This townhouse is within walking distance of downtown Lake Placid. There is also The Lake Placid XPRESS shuttle.

A Wonderful Stay in Lake Placid

The townhouse was cozy and very clean and the neighborhood was nice & quiet. We drove to the downtown area, Olympic sites & restaurants because it was between -2F & 15F during waking hours (& 4 of our party were children) but it is walkable in warmer weather! Wendy was an excellent host and we’d love to stay again someday!

Great Stay

We rented this property from 21-24 Dec 2024 and had a great time. The unit was clean, well stocked and well maintained. There was more than enough room for our family of five, and could have fit another 3 or so easily. There were clear instructions for everything, and the host was very responsive with a few questions we had prior to arrival.

We truly enjoyed our short stay in Lake Placid. Our experience in this condo was fantastic. We have a family of five and each member enjoyed a quiet, warm, and comfortable sleeping space. Three floors allow for each member to enjoy time together or sneak away to find some alone time. Having a relaxing space to kick back made the trip stress free for all.

Great location and lots of room

Our family of 5 adults stayed 3 nights. It’s a great location close to Main St in Lake Placid and a short drive to Whiteface. It was very clean and we had more that enough room and everything we needed. Definitely recommend, and this is in fact the second time I have booked this - I stayed here with 5 friends last summer lacrosse tournament.

Magical Family Vacation

This property was perfect to spend time with my daughter, son in law and their 4 children. We slept in the basement where we had our privacy and our daughter, and her family were all on one floor. We had a great time at this rental and the views of the mountain with the sunrise were beautiful.

We appreciated the privacy awarded by bedrooms being on different floors. We opened the window in the basement bedroom because of a mildew odor, though. We didn't need much and didn't use much, but this property and its location were ideal for our week-end visit for Oktoberfest.

This townhome is as spotless and very spacious. Great location. Only suggestion is to fix fans in upstairs bedroom and first floor bedroom- they were so loud they kept us awake so we had to turn them off. It then too hot to sleep.

Perfect location and a wonderful home for our multi-generational group.

This townhome is close to town for ease of accessing all the Lake Placed and the surrounding area has to offer yet secluded enough to offer peace and quiet (and a beautiful view of the mountains right from the living room sliding doors!). The home was very clean, well-equipped (my husband loves to cook - two full dinners were prepared and we had all we needed to do so), and comfortable. It accommodated our group of 5 well and could have easily allowed for 1-2 more comfortably. Wendy and her husband were responsive and patient - I had to contact them twice as all the property access info went to spam (which I didn't realize until we got home from our weekend there!). We loved it and look forward to staying there again in the future!

Came here for a skating camp. Have stayed in this area before many times and enjoy the townhouses here. This one was good. We grilled each night and enjoyed watching the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. Comfy beds. Some wooden areas in the kitchen and door pulls falling apart, but nothing that made the stay an issue! Would definitely stay again!
