The location was perfect for spending time at the Main St. shops and for an event at the ice arena. The apartment itself was extremely clean and also cozy and had everything we needed. The location in the village is outstanding and the unit layout is comfortable and well suited for our family. Peggy is a great host who communicates well, has great recommendations for things to do, and truly cares about ensuring we have a great stay in Lake Placid. The apartment was so cozy and comfortable; it was beautifully decorated, very clean and supplied with just about everything you could possibly need. It was AMAZING! The house felt Like a quaint cabin and was walkable to the many shops and restaurants on Mirror Lake as well as the Olympic Center, and drivable to incredible hikes. The owner visited us on arrival and provided excellent suggestions for where to eat and hike which were spot on. We hope to return and stay here again!! Highly recommend. ##### June K. This place is like staying at a friends house. It’s VERY clean. No bugs (as a nurse something I always look for-I’ve seen to many), amazing water pressure, and everything you could need in the kitchen. There are two air conditioning units and that will cool the whole place. The pull out sofa has a mattress topper and it’s very comfortable. You can walk to the village, the location is great.
