It did have everything we needed. The kitchen was well stock with what we needed. It was close to town so the location was great. Our problem with the unit it that it was not clean. On the surface it looked clean, but it was not. I let the owner know so hopefully he will get with his cleaning crew to do better. The beds, couch and living room chairs were tired. I think the unit has been used a lot and is in need of a deep cleaning and some new furniture. Parking was very convenient and downtown Lake Placid was an easy walk. The beds were comfortable and the walk in shower was spacious. My only complaint is that the hot water was gone in 12 minutes (so plan showers accordingly).
