The service was bad. Because the weather is so hot we needed extra towels, they refuse to provide them. We needed a corkscrew and they also could not provide. We also requested a extra fan because of the hot weather and we're ignored. The swim dock was unsafe, having a loose ladder and buckled decking. The carpet in the room was coming up. Once comforter had dried blood. One if our two provided towels was torn and had holes. We expected more for the money.
