Not as close to lake & pool as hoped from the description. A few things could be updated inside— as bathroom faucet a bit hard to turn on/off. Several of the blinds need replaced for privacy . Upstairs room is hard to cool, could really use a fan up there. Downstairs door latch needs fixed. Blankets would have been nice to have had.
