  • Enjoy a non-smoking, top floor unit with great view of the main channel and sunsets. This unit is one flight of stairs from the parking lot. New plank floors thru out as well as doors, bathroom and kitchen updates. Cathedral ceilings in living area and bedrooms. Queen-sized beds in both bedrooms. Master has private bath, sliding door to deck with privacy and great view of the lake. Lazyboy Comfortable queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area. Roku/Smart TV's with cable and DVD player in all bedrooms. Wifi in Condo.

    This condominium is tastefully decorated in a nautical theme. The kitchen is completely furnished with many extras. Feed the ducks from your own private deck overlooking water. Located 4 buildings from the pool.

    Southwood Shores is a beautiful, clean, lakefront complex with 24-hour security. Located at the 12MM by water. There is an indoor pool and hot tub as well as an outdoor pool overlooking the lake. There are tennis courts, pickleball and basketball courts, playground, and swim platform in the lake. Twenty-two-hundred feet of lighted lakefront walkway. A boat ramp is provided. Slip rentals available. Walk to fabulous deli that serves breakfast, gas, and convenience store. Twelve golf courses nearby. Ten minutes to the Bagnell Dam Strip. Close to Toad Cove for nightlife. I only rent to persons 26 years of age or older. Three night minimum on all holiday weekends.
