All the comforts of home including noise machine and fan(I sleep with a fan so was grateful for that). If stairs are a problem for you, be aware, there are all totaled 22 stairs, from parking lot to condo, but paradise waits at the bottom. The pool is walkable but all uphill, so I drove. Gorgeous salt-water pool, and hosts amazing lake views. Laying in bed gives the illusion that you are on the water and the glow of the lights across the lake is spectacular. Also had a fireworks display which added to the appeal.
