Look no further than the Ozark Overlook for your perfect Lake of the Ozarks vacation. This waterfront condo sleeps up to 7 people and features gorgeous views of the main channel at mile marker 12\. The complex offers access to two pools, a tennis court and clubhouse! Spend the day fishing off the community dock and enjoy the abundance of turtles swimming around the cove right from your balcony. Only TWO stairs into the condo. Need more room? The unit directly underneath is also managed by Ozark Shores, as well as several other condos within the complex. Kitchen and Dining Area The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with two barstools, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. There is also a dining room table with seating for six. Living Room The living room features a large couch, recliners, and a flat screen TV. The living room has sliding glass doors that open to the waterfront balcony. \*\*Fireplace is not allowed to be used per HOA rules\*\*\* Master Suite The master suite features a king-size bed, nightstands, and flat screen TV. The master bathroom has a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, night stands, flat screen TV, and a full size pull out bed. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features two twin size beds, a nightstand, and a small flat screen TV. Outside This condo features a beautiful balcony with gorgeous views of the main channel. There is a patio table and lounge chairs. This complex is famous for all the turtles that can be seen swimming around the cove from the balcony. \*\*\*There are 2 parking passes in the unit. Please display in car upon arrival. COMPLEX WILL TOW\*\*\* Neighborhood Description The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex offers access to two pools and a tennis court. Spend the day fishing off the community dock, and enjoy the abundance of turtles swimming around the cove right from your balcony. The complex is located on Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. We would not recommend staying here. We were very shocked at how dirty this condo was upon arrival. Online photos paint a different picture. Dust everywhere, dog hair on the primary bedroom floor, in the vacuum container, dog food left in a kitchen cabinet—despite a “no pet” policy. We spent over an hour cleaning ourselves before unpacking.The layout was also misleading: the “twin bedroom” is a den with shelves (no closet). The queen bedroom has a closet, but it was locked off from guests using it. We were told to use a hallway utility closet, but it was crammed with random items and covered in dust.Outdoor patio was filthy, full of cobwebs, the glass panels were misaligned, leaving a dangerous 10” gap (unsafe for children).Our family reunion involved 30 people staying in this complex, all booked last year. Only weeks before arrival we learned (Shores Vacation Rentals did not bother to let us know) the main pool would be closed for repairs and to use the smaller pool. The smaller pool was overcrowded and unsafe, with the main underwater light dangling loose and electrical wires exposed in the water.The clubhouse was dirty, smelled, and the men’s restroom was flooded. To make matters worse, a contracted company sprayed bleach on the entryway carpet, which in the heat created a nauseating stench.This condo and property are poorly maintained, unsafe, and not as advertised.
