It was very clean and the host was in touch when needed to answer any questions we had. The pwc slip was a big reason we stayed here. It was perfect and the boat launch was very close. I just wished there were curtains on the primary bedroom windows. It was very bright in the morning. A great surprise was the porch was screened in. No mosquitoes! The description of the property was spot on! It was very clean and updated. LOVED the deck/balcony area. We used it in the evening while watching the tv and playing games and watching the boats. The only thing I might recommend is adding some blackout curtains on the master suit bedroom due to it being so warm in the heat of the day.
