This includes emotional support animals that are not registered service animals as defined under the ADA. A $500 fee will be charged if any pets are found on the premises, and the stay will be immediately terminated without a refund. No Smoking or Vaping Policy – Interior & Exterior This is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property—including both the interior of the home and all exterior areas such as decks, patios, and the dock. This policy applies to all forms of smoking and vaping, including tobacco, marijuana, and e-cigarettes. Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your reservation with no refund. Guests who choose to ignore this rule will be required to leave the property immediately upon discovery. In addition: A $650 non-refundable smoke remediation and cleaning fee will be charged to return the property to a clean, safe condition. Any additional damages or lingering odors caused by smoking or vaping will result in further charges. Children must be supervised at all times around the water, dock, firepit, and any recreational equipment. Furthermore, guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to these features or any other part of the property due to misuse, negligence, or violation of house rules. Early Check-In Policy We understand that sometimes you want to start your vacation a little sooner! While we do our best to accommodate early check-ins, they are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance. The property was super comfortable with a well outfitted kitchen, comfortable furniture, and nice deck. It appeared to be recently remodeled, so everything was nice and new. It was a top floor unit but had new stairway that was easy to navigate. The property was quiet and safe. Communication with the property host was responsive and timely.
