You will get all the lake vibes in this tastefully decorated and updated three bedroom condo in the Emerald Bay complex. It’s centrally located off Horseshoe Bend Parkway with nearby golf courses and close to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip that offers family fun, terrific restaurants and nightlife. This condo features an open concept kitchen, dining and living area so you can’t miss the lake views. The kitchen is well-equipped with all of the essentials. You can enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar, dining room table or out on the screened-in porch. The living room features comfortable seating, a large flat screen tv and a wall of glass that opens up to the porch overlooking the lake. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, large flat screen tv and an adjoining master bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms offer a king bed in one and a queen in the other, both with flat screen TVs. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. This unit has a full size washer and dryer too. The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex features an outdoor seasonal pool, a tennis court, basketball court, and a clubhouse with fitness area.
