All forms of smoking/vaping—tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes—are prohibited. Violations result in immediate reservation termination, a $650 smoke remediation fee, and possible additional charges for damages or lingering odors. Reviews from violating guests will be disqualified. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Noise, music, or gatherings that disturb neighbors are not allowed. First offense receives a warning; continued violations may result in reservation termination without refund. A $200 fee may apply if staff or authorities must respond. No Parties or Unregistered Guests Parties or additional unregistered guests are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, and the guest is responsible for all damages and cleaning fees. Reviews will be disqualified for non-compliance. Liability & Guest Responsibility Guests use the property and amenities at their own risk. The owner and management are not liable for injuries or damages from swimming, kayaking, dock or boat use, diving board, firepit, or grill.
