Impeccables

This a fantastic, unique property. If you like old and interesting buildings with an eclectic mix of antique furniture this is the one. The beds were so comfortable and the whole place so clean. The owner was so helpful, little touches such as some food items, chocolates and fresh flowers just added to the experience. There is a coop and a couple of patisseries within two minutes walk. We were only staying one night on our way home from Italy but we all wish it could have been longer. We...

Superb hotel I cannot fault

Sehr freundliches Personal, exzellente Lage, viele Parkmöglichkeiten und guter Service. Wir kommen wieder!

Great place. No aircon yet machine in room did trick for more noisy road facing room. Lovely.

We had a comfortable stay, location was great

It was

One night stay while visiting local business. Room was warm and comfortable. Spent a few hours working at desk with beautiful view of Alps out the window. Enjoyed lunch, dinner and breakfast at the attached restaurant and food was delicious. Very pleasant stay and well recommended.

We received a wonderful welcome by the receptionist at this hotel, even an apology for the pouring rain. The town is very picturesque and has retained some of its medieval heritage. The food in the hotel was delightful and the atmosphere was one of comfort and enjoyment. Everyone seemed happy.

This hotel is amazing. It is about 20 minutes from Neuchatel at the bottom of a gorge by a river. The location is peaceful and scenic. The staff here are superbly hospitable. The room was very spacious and clean with a big bathroom. If you are wondering about the lack of curtains (there are net curtains), you need to use the shutters which are very effective. Our evening meal was delicious and the service excellent. Breakfast was continental style with meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, jam,...

This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and the service was excellent. Would be happy to stay again.

Brilliant location and wonderful house. Welcome was bordering on rude, however, and booked room was "not available because of an error". Staff was not very solution-oriented. The only exception was the very smiling lady who attended the breakfast room.

Good to stay again. Breakfast can be improved.

The hotel and room were spotless. Had everything you needed in a great location. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Would recommend and stay here again.

Very friendly, clean and delicious food! Conveniently located in the old town. I would visit again!
