Master bedroom has a large Jacuzzi soaking tub and a shower. Near the Lake Mills schools, biking trails and Rock Lake. Large living rooms (2) and dining area. Large fenced in back yard. 2 car garage and plenty of outside parking. Includes a couple bikes. Tenant pays gas and electric. Available December 15th until April/May 15th 2027.
