Dear RosemaryWe always try to offer our guests a pleasant stay. Unfortunately, we can not always fulfill all wishes, especially when it comes to the weather. It can get very hot in Lucerne in the summer, and not all hotels have air conditioning. This can be uncomfortable for some guests who feel uncomfortable in their rooms. I understand their frustration and we would like to apologize for not being able to provide them with the cooling they desired.
