"My family has stayed in many hotels and this hotel tops one of the WORST. The only clean part of this hotel is the lobby. It appeared the carpets in the stairs and hallways hadn’t been vacuumed in a week- just filthy. The air in our room quit working. The beds were not too bad- the pillows were horrible! Soap dispensers in the shower were empty. Our fridge smelled very musty. Forget calling the front desk from your room cause the phone doesn’t even work. The pool area was like something out of a horror movie- ceiling tiles were barely afloat and hanging on by a thread, 3 doors to pool area and only one would open. The hot tub was filthy- ended up getting drained while we were in the pool area and then the entire pool area started to smell of sewage. My kids found ants in the pool, no towels in the pool area and were not provided upon request. The staff were not at all approachable- never smiled. I do not recommend staying in this hotel- search elsewhere. We WILL NOT be returning. "

"Other than the press on nail under the sink and whatever was on the sofa (that needed to cleaned), this establishment was awesome. The staff was super professional, friendly and informative from check-in to check-out. The food was hot and tasty. Their Daily Kick-back runs circles around Embassy Suites."

"Breakfast was sad-looking. I tried the scrambled eggs , which did not taste like eggs-very watery. Room had comfortable bed, but carpeting in room was like walking on concrete. It took me several tries to turn on the water to the bathtub, very hard to turn- I thought I would break the handle. The staff was great- very friendly and helpful. But the place was just weird."
