Lake Ida

Nice and quiet Very convenient for shopping and airport

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the property was well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was varied and better than what we’ve experienced at similar-category hotels. Unfortunately, the airport shuttle service and front desk customer service were terrible, resulting in a very poor overall rating. We waited nearly an hour for the shuttle, which was supposedly scheduled every 30 minutes, on a stormy day while travelling with my 90-year-old mother. Meanwhile, shuttles from nearby hotels passed twice. When we called for updates, a front desk representative named Joah (or simila) was hostile and unhelpful, telling us to wait another 30 minutes without explaining the delay. Only after our second call did she mention driver-related issues. Upon arrival, she offered no apology and barely acknowledged us. Thankfully, another staff member handled our check-in much more professionally, although at first he couldn’t find our reservation and asked us if we we were sure we were on at the right hotel! Overall, this was a pleasant property but it does not compensate for such poor service, especially when guests are left waiting in difficult circumstances.

Muy limpia la propiedad, excelente atención
