Super close to the lake! Rooms are very clean and spacious! You get a view of the lake with incredible sunsets!! Best place to stay if your in havasu

The rooms were nice with the kitchen and beds were comfy, but the floors had a thick layer of dirt, and our feet were black if we were barefoot in the condos. Also, it was so hot that we could not cool off in the shower (water was too hot), same with the pool, it was so warm that there was really no relief from the heat. That may just be typical for July in Arizona, but it made the stay just a little less satisfactory.

Overall, this is a good property located about a 5-minute drive from London Bridge. The hotel offers three pools and three jacuzzis, and the rooms are comfortable, with some featuring nice lakeside views. However, the overall atmosphere feels more like a standard hotel than a true resort experience.

Super clean room, amazing staff, the biggest living space possible, I love coming to the Havasu Dunes resort because it’s nice to open a window or sit on the patio and relax watching the sunset

Overall, the experience is good. It's an older property, there's lots of road noise on the western units, but the place is well kept, the pools and workout areas are clean, and the staff is professional and friendly.
