Very Clean 3 Bedroom sleeps 2 in each bed and has 2 bathrooms.

Located in a nice area of Havasu City, just 2 miles away from launching and 2 miles away from London Bridge. Tile Floors throughout with carpet in Bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom has a King bed with private bathroom, tiled shower, Dresser, night stands, and TV. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with dresser, night stands, and TV. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Bed, Dresser, Night Stands, TV and an option to pull out a twin bed if needed. All rooms have walk in closets, blinds, and ceiling fans. 2nd Bathroom has tub and shower. Both Bathroom are equipped with Towels and wash rags, hand soap, and toilet paper. There's enough seating for 6 in the living room and has a 65" TV with standard cable hookup channels. Both Bathrooms equipped with towels and wash rags. Kitchen equipped with all cooking and eating supplies and comes with refrigerator, microwave above stove, toaster, blender, coffee maker with coffee filters, walk in pantry and plenty of cabinet space. Table seats 6. Washer and Dryer with entry into garage with room for 1 car and plenty of parking in driveway. Large Backyard and room on side for RV parking with locking gate. Backyard is fenced and backs up to a wash so there's no back neighbors. Covered Patio with BBQ and Lounge Table! Great Condition and is kept VERY clean!

Needed Family Vacation

Thanksgiving Holiday

This was our first time using Vrbo and actually staying in Lake Havasu City, AZ. We had previously owned a home in LHC so we know the area. The ease of booking this home for the Thanksgiving holiday was awesome. The property owner's were very easy to deal with and answered all our questions promptly. We highly recommend this property, everything you need is provided, property was very clean and quiet surroundings. We look forward to booking again around the same time frame.

Clean and Quiet

The house was great and area very quiet. Unfortunately the ad had not been updated since furniture was changed and the advertised sleeping availability was incorrect. Owners were very attentive and apologetic and offered a partial refund due to their advertising error. I am awaiting the refund. I would stay here again knowing the updated info if it suited our needs.

My Stay in Lake Havasu City AZ

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property in Lake Havasu, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the spacious layout, which provided plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy their time. The rooms were immaculately clean, well-organized, and incredibly comfortable, even during the hottest month of the year. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare meals, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Having access to the garage was an added bonus, offering extra convenience and security for our stay. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available to assist whenever needed, which added to the overall positive experience. In short, this property is the perfect place to stay for anyone looking for a getaway or vacation in Lake Havasu. I look forward to returning on my next visit. Highly recommended!
